  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • .25 oz Cointreau
  • .24 oz Absinthe Pernod or Anisette
  • 1 ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 ml Angostura Bitters Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Twist Lemon


  1. Fill a chilled mixing glass with ice

  2. Add Irish whiskey

  3. Add Cointreau

  4. Add Absinthe

  5. Add Maraschino Liqueur

  6. Add Angostura Bitters

  7. Stir until ingredients have reached a chilled temperature and strain into a cocktail glass

  8. Rim the glass with a lemon peel, twist it over the drink and drop it in
