  • 1.5 oz Canadian Blended Whiskey
  • .5 oz Drambuie
  • .25 oz Kirsch

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake like a Polaroid picture

  2. Strain into an ice cold cocktail glass and bottoms up

The Belmont Breeze cocktail is not only tasty, it is also the official drink of the Belmont Stakes. This finely tuned cocktail also happens to be created by Master Mixologist, Dale DeGroff.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Blended American Whiskey
  • .75 oz Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice Fresh is best
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup Homemade if you got it
  • 1.5 oz Orange Juice Fresh is best
  • 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice Fresh if available
  • 1 oz Chilled Lemon Lime Soda 7-up/Sprite
  • 1 oz Chilled Club Soda
  • 1 Whole Strawberry
  • 1 Slice Lemon
  • 1 Sprig of Mint

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker full of ice

  2. Add Blended American Whiskey

  3. Toss in Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry

  4. Add lemon juice

  5. Add simple syrup

  6. Add fresh squeezed orange juice

  7. Add cranberry juice

  8. Lift shaker above your head and shake like a madman until chilled and strain into a highball glass that has been packed with ice

  9. Top with lemon-lime soda and club soda

  10. Garnish this masterpiece with Strawberry, slice of lemon and mint sprig and then get to sippin!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey Can be substituted with Blended Whiskey.
  • .5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice Fresh

Instructions

  1. Add ice to a cooler than cool, preferably ice cold stirring glass.

  2. Smoothly pour in rye or blended whiskey, based on your taste and liking.

  3. Add your favorite dry vermouth.

  4. add pineapple juice, preferably fresh but canned is also acceptable. But only if you have to.

  5. Lastly, stir until all of the contents have melded together then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
