There are a couple different variations of the Prince Edward cocktail, one has orange bitters, one does not. The one we will focus on has orange bitters.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Scotch
  • .5 oz Lillet Blanc Wine based aperitif
  • .25 oz Drambuie
  • 1 slice Orange

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice

  2. Add scotch, Lillet Blanc, Drambuie

  3. Shake while saying the magic words "sim sala bim bomba, sala do sala dim"

  4. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with the orange slice

Mint Condition Cocktail

Mint Condition

If there was ever a reason to keep your bar stocked with peppermint schnapps, the Mint Condition cocktail is that reason.

Ingredients

  • .75 oz Bourbon
  • .75 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • .75 oz Vodka
  • .5 oz Khalua

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice

  2. Add bourbon

  3. add that outrageously delicious peppermint schnapps

  4. Add vodka (Stoli if you got it)

  5. Add khalua

  6. Shake until all of the ingreadients have melded together and the shaker has become frosted on the outside

  7. Strain into a sour glass and you're ready to drink

Mamie Taylor Cocktail

Fun fact: this cocktail is named after Mamie Taylor the famous opera singer. The drink was created by a bartender in Rochester, New York (correct me if I'm wrong) at the end of the eighteen hundreds per Mamie's request.

  • 2 oz Blended Scotch
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Chilled ginger ale
  • 1 slice Lemon

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice

  2. Pour in the blended scotch and fresh lime juice

  3. Top off the drink with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon slice

Sandy Collins Cocktail

Okay, so there's a few variations of this drink and every one of them is amazing! First, you have the original Tom Collins, then John Collins, Mike Collins and their bratty but still delicious little sister, Sandy Collins. My prescription to you is to try them all.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice Fresh if you got it
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
  • 5 oz Club Soda Chilled, obviously.
  • 1 slice Orange
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • 1 whole Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

  1. Get an attractive volunteer from the audience and have them fill a shaker with ice

  2. Add scotch, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker then shake it like it stole something

  3. Strain your concoction into an ice-filled collins glass and top with chilled club soda

  4. Garnish with the fruit and you're on your way to blissfully party your face off

  • 2 oz Single-malt Scotch
  • 1 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 twist Lemon

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice

  2. Add single-malt scotch and Canton ginger liqueur to the shaker and shake your heart out

  3. Strain into a kinda cool, or kinda cold, or kinda chill, or better be fuckin' hysterically funny, but not funny looking cocktail glass

    ...one that can be garnished with a lemon twist

Scotch Swizzle Cocktail

Scotch Swizzle

There are a few different varaiations of this drink including the Bourbon Swizzle so keep your eyes open and your mouth wet!

  • 2 oz Scotch
  • .5 oz Tripple Sec
  • .5 oz Lime Juice Fresh would be best
  • 5 oz Ginger Ale
  • 1 wedge Lime

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice

  2. Add Scotch

  3. Add Triple sec

  4. Add lime juice

  5. Shake like a leaf

  6. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and top it all off with some ginger ale!

Scotch Crusta Cocktail

Scotch Crusta

The Scotch Crusta is just about the same as a Bourbon Crusta cocktail with a couple slight changes

Servings 1 Very dry mouth

Ingredients

  • 1 wedge Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Lemon Spiral
  • 2 oz Scotch Whiskey
  • .5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice Fresh would be best

Instructions

  1. Run the lemon wedge around the edge of a sour glass and sugar the rim

  2. Add your lemon spiral to the glass

  3. Fill an ice shaker with ice and pour in your ingredients 

  4. Throw your arms in the air and shake like the dickens

  5. Strain ingredients into the prepared glass and put that bottom up!

Bobby Burns Cocktail

  • 1.5 oz Scotch
  • 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .25 oz Benedictine
  • 1 twist lemon

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice

  2. Pour in Scotch

  3. Add Sweet Vermouth

  4. Add Benedictine

  5. Shake like a salt shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

  6. Run a lemon peel around the rim of the cocktail glass, twist it up and drop it in the glass!
