Horse’s Neck Cocktail

Horse’s Neck Cocktail

Horse's Neck

So before you get all bent out of shape that we are building this drink with bourbon instead of blended whiskey, I just want you to relax. The Horse's Neck cocktail has been built with every whiskey under the sun and this variation of the drink happens to be my favorite. I suggest you use whatever whiskey blows your hair back. Cheers!

Cuisine American
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 1 minute
Total Time 3 minutes
Servings 1 Starvin Marvin

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Bourbon or any whiskey that gets your mouth wet
  • 4 oz Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. First, you're going to make a lemon peel spiral. That's where you make a lemon strip into one of those sweet little curly Q type of things

  2. Fill a chilled highball glass with ice

  3. Add whiskey while letting out a Ric Flair WOOOOOOO!

  4. Top that mother off with ginger ale and prepare to have your socks blown clean off!
