Japanese Fizz

This drink is pretty versitile when it comes to presentation, you can add egg whites to the mix and have a foamy top or leave them out to have a clean and neat glass of booze. When making with egg whites you're going to leave out the garnish FYI

  • 2 oz Blended Whiskey
  • .5 oz Ruby Port
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice Fresh would be best
  • 4 oz Club Soda
  • 1 wedge Pineapple
  • 1 slice orange


  1. Fill a shaker with ice

  2. Toss in your blended whiskey and Ruby Port

  3. Add sugar

  4. Shake vigorously until you feel it's sorry for what it's done

  5. Double strain the mixture into a chilled collins glass and fill with ice

  6. Top this all off with club soda and give it a subtle stir then garnish with fruit and whisper to yourself "you've outdone yourself again, ace"
